BOB: All right. It's true. I admit it. I won't shy away from the facts, Tom. Some of our products were ahead of their time. The market wasn't ready for them. Not right then. But it will be. You can be sure of that. Or as sure as you can be about anything in business. Because that's the thing, isn't it? Business is an art, not a science. You can't always predict what's going to happen. It's true. Some of our promotional campaigns were a disappointment. They didn't produce the results we'd hoped for. The results that we'd been promised by the agency. Faithfully promised, I should say. But that's advertising, isn't it? Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Suck it up. That what I say. Don't you?

TOM: (unconvinced) I'm sure you're right.
