A business traveller sits patiently in an airport departure lounge, waiting for his flight to be called. He listens to the boarding announcements, which begin normally enough, but which become increasingly bizarre. He continues to sit and wait while other passengers are called forward. When the final call comes, he stands up and prepares to board, but what follows, almost immediately, is a last announcement: his flight has closed and he finds himself alone in the empty departure lounge.
