A comedy
A touch of role play can keep a marriage fresh or, in this case, two marriages. In the past, it’s all worked well for Janet & Michael and Linda & Keith but it’s vitally important to stay in character. A simple slip risks causing irritation which in turn leads to boredom and frustration and the whole edifice collapses. If the two couples are going to carry on with their arrangement, it’s time to flesh out a new scenario, revise the script and re-write all their respective parts.
